After the show ran for 92 times, she was rewarded with praise from the audience. The production was recognized as one of the most successful productions by Canadian critics. The conservatory at Stratford accepts eight men with four females, and a handful of other people for a 20 weeks of crash courses. Contractor was offered a slot for the following season and was given the part as Hermia.
